5. For Sellers/Shopkeepers

• Registration requires accurate shop and personal details
• You agree to accept orders from customers in your registered area
• Product information must be accurate and honest
• You are responsible for fulfilling orders within agreed timeframes
• Orders will be received via email (Gmail)
• You must comply with all local health and safety regulations
• Auroo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations

6. Payment & Settlement

• Auroo only facilitates Cash on Delivery transactions
• No payment gateway or online transaction processing
• Sellers are responsible for collecting payment from customers
• Auroo does not handle or hold customer payments

7. Limitation of Liability

Auroo is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auroo shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Service interruptions or technical issues

8. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved directly
• Auroo can mediate but is not liable for outcomes
• All disputes are subject to Indian law

9. Modifications

Auroo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
